By using Offline Rituals, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's okay - but please don't use the service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Panorama Faustoso LDA, trading as Offline Rituals, registered in Lisbon, Portugal.
Offline Rituals provides weekly ritual content delivered via email. When you subscribe, you receive:
Rituals are designed for families with children ages 3–18, require no preparation or special supplies, and take approximately one hour each.
The standard annual rate is $99/year. Founding member pricing is honoured for the lifetime of your continuous subscription. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment details directly.
Prices may change, but we will notify existing subscribers at least 30 days before any price change takes effect on their account. Existing annual subscribers will always finish their current billing cycle at the original price.
Our promise: If Offline Rituals isn't the right fit for your family, we want to make it right.
You may request a full refund within 30 days of any payment - no questions asked. Simply email us and we'll process your refund promptly.
If you have an extraordinary circumstance beyond the 30-day window, please reach out. We're a family too, and we'll always try to do the right thing.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Here's how it works:
To cancel, email support@offlinerituals.com or use the cancellation link in any ritual email. We process cancellation requests within two business days.
Please note: if you cancel a founding membership and later wish to re-subscribe, the founding member rate may no longer be available.
As we are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of subscribing without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
However, by subscribing and receiving ritual content via email during this 14-day period, you acknowledge that delivery of digital content has begun with your consent. If you have already received ritual content, any refund may be adjusted to reflect the content delivered.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@offlinerituals.com with a clear statement of your decision. Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee (Section 4) exceeds this statutory minimum.
Basically: use them for your family, not for business. If you're a school, therapist, or organisation interested in using our rituals professionally, please get in touch - we'd love to explore that with you.
Gift subscriptions are a one-time purchase and are non-refundable once the gift code has been delivered to the purchaser. If the recipient has not yet claimed the gift, the purchaser may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Gift subscriptions cannot be converted to cash or transferred to a different product. Once claimed, the recipient's subscription is subject to all standard terms.
All ritual content, illustrations, design, copy, and branding belong to Offline Rituals. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for private family use - not ownership of it.
The Offline Rituals name, logo, and brand identity are our trademarks. Please don't use them in ways that suggest endorsement or affiliation without our written permission.
We collect only what we need and we never sell your data. Ever.
What we collect: Your name, email address, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe - we never see your full card details). If you join our community, your Slack profile information.
How we use it: To deliver your rituals, process payments, send occasional updates about Offline Rituals, and improve the service. That's it.
What we don't do: Sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We don't run ads. We don't track you across the internet.
Your rights under GDPR: As an EU-based service, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation. You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email support@offlinerituals.com.
Third-party services: We use Stripe for payments, Loops for email delivery, and Slack for community features. Each of these services has its own privacy policy and processes data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
Data retention: We retain your account information for as long as your subscription is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Offline Rituals is provided "as is." Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months prior to any claim. We're a small family operation doing our best, and we ask for your grace as we grow.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including EU consumer protection regulations.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription. The rituals themselves are designed for families with children ages 3–18, but the subscribing account holder must be an adult.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that:
This is genuinely rare. We'd much rather have a conversation first. If we do terminate an account for cause, we are not obligated to provide a refund.
We may update these terms from time to time. For significant changes, we'll notify you via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Minor clarifications may be made without notice. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when these terms were most recently revised.
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, where Offline Rituals is based. Any disputes would be handled in the courts of Lisbon. However, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your own country of residence.
